Booking a party is acceptance of our Rules of Play.
Party duration is 90 minutes.
Maximum number of children cannot be exceeded under any circumstances:
· Exclusive weekend party maximum 26 children and 30 adults.
We regret that we are unable to admit uninvited siblings. All siblings must be included in the party numbers.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start of your party and ask your guests to not arrive before the party start time.
Please leave promptly at the end of your allotted party time.
Relighting, sparkling candles or indoor fireworks are not permitted.
You are welcome to bring decorations but these must not be fastened to walls, partitions or any other structure. We reserve the right to charge a redecoration fee of £100 if you fail to adhere to this condition. Balloons must be weighted.
Crackers, party poppers, confetti and other items with small parts are not permitted.
The use of face paints is not permitted.
Please provide us with a list of guest names at least 1 day before the party. Only invited party guests will be admitted as part of the party. Please inform your guests that uninvited siblings cannot be admitted.
Please notify us of any dietary requirements at least 7 days before your party. Whilst we cannot guarantee it, we will try our best to accommodate all dietary request wherever possible.
Cancellation Policy:
Children attending the party remain the responsibility of the parents/carers at all times. A minimum of one adult per 3 children is required to provide adequate supervision.
Socks must be worn at all times within the play area
We reserve the right to ask visitors to leave before the end of their play session if they are not following our rules of play or are displaying symptoms of illness.
Jack in the Box is cashless. We accept card and contactless payments only.
